Kristine Quattrone began her career in food
at the young age of 12 scooping ice cream and flipping burgers
at a beach concession
stand on Dune Road in the Hamptons. Throughout the years Kristine
acquired experience working as a waitress, bartender, hostess,
and product spokesperson. During college, Kristine studied Accounting
for 2 years before realizing her passion for event planning and
catering. She earned her degree in Commercial Recreation and
Leisure Studies from Montclair State University in 1996.
After working for several broadcasting companies Kristine accepted
a position with Calvin Klein, Inc. in 1998. In five short months
Kristine was promoted to Special Events Coordinator. Her responsibilities
included logistics planning of all annual Calvin Klein Women’s
Collection Fashion Shows, Collection Markets, Zero Tolerance
Benefits, Corporate Holiday Parties, Licensee Events, Executive
Meetings, and Press Events.
In 2001 Kristine was again promoted to Food
Services and Catering Manager. In addition to her previous position’s
responsibilities, Kristine was now in charge of menu design,
procuring new catering vendors, and hiring, training, and supervising
new waitstaff. Her department’s services were utilized
for both in-house and external Calvin Klein events.
